*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.

A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a SurveyMonkey sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the lower pool area in the afternoon to connect!

6:00 - 7:15pm: Welcome Cocktail Hour - Please join us on the Elite Terrace for drinks and appetizers.

7:30 - 9:30pm: Small Group Dine Arounds - you will be enjoying dinner with small groups at different restaurants on property.

For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us at the Rooftop Bar after the dine arounds, the bar is open until 1:00 AM.

8:00am - 11:30 am - SurveyMonkey Business Meeting. Location: Sky Meeting Room. Breakfast will be served. This breakfast meeting is required and open to all guests!

Garza Blanca Cancun has 8 outdoor heated swimming pools to choose from as well as a beautiful beach and calm waters just steps from your room. Whether you feel like daydreaming and taking in the incredible views from the Rooftop infinity pool, sipping a cocktail in the swim-up bar, or waving to your friends as you pose underwater in the pool with a transparent edge, there’s plenty of fun to be had in the water.

A reminder that you will get a check to sign every meal. Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room and you will be responsible to cover these charges. Any items on the menu with a small red chef symbol are not included in the all-inclusive package. Please check read the menu and check with your server prior to ordering!
