All RSVPs must be received by Monday, February 19th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to pay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the flight booking process?

Please book your flights through NAVAN (https://navan.com/). A reminder that you will be flying in and out of the CUN Airport (Cancun International Airport). 

SVMK employees will need to book their plus 1’s travel through Navan as well. For those bringing a guest, you will need to email bmatheson@surveymonkey.com and include your guest's first and last name, email address, and exact arrival/departure dates. Once you email those details, you will be sent a Navan booking link. 

President’s Club events will begin on May 5th.

  • For winners traveling from EMEA and JAPAC, you have been approved to arrive in Cancun on May 4th.
  • For winners traveling from North America, please book your flights to arrive on May 5th

All flights, including those traveling from EMEA and JAPAC, must be booked economy. Please DO NOT book premium or business class.

Once you complete your flight booking, we ask that you please send your complete itinerary to info@executivegrouptravel.com so we can organize ground transportation.

All flights should be booked by Friday, February 23, 2024!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to CUN airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the SurveyMonkey sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport. Once we are closer to the trip they will provide the number pole they will be waiting under.

For your transfer from Garza to the CUN airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

If you extend your trip outside of the official event dates, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for airport transportation.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

The average temperature in Cancun for May is 89° Fahrenheit (31°C) .

[fa icon="plus-square"] What costs will be covered by SurveyMonkey at Club?

SurveyMonkey will be covering the cost of travel including: flights, transportation upon arrival and to the airport for your departing flight home from Mexico, hotel rooms, meals, and your chosen activity while on the Club trip.

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What do I need for check-in?

At check-in you will need to present three important things: 

  1. Passport- Valid Passport is required at check-in.

  2. Credit Card - The hotel will ask for you to provide a credit card at the time of check-in. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] If I can't attend Club, is there an alternative prize option?
The trip is meant to provide an opportunity for winners to network with each other and our leadership team; there is no alternative award.
[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Travefy will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.   Please download the Trip Plans app through the personalized link we send you before the trip!
